Alana de la Garza (born April 15, 1982) is an American model, actress, and TV personality. Her TV performances are what make her well-known. Garza born in the US and born in America she has witnessed how the world of television and acting has changed. In her early years Garza was crowned Miss Photogenic at Miss El Paso Teen USA. The award led to her becoming more interested in modeling and acting. Garza started her professional career as a teenager, by performing in comedies. In the wake of noticing her talent and dedication to her work, producers began gradually casting her. In 2008 she became her Garnier Nutritioniste brand ambassador. In her career, the actress has been recognized with several awards. Garza was nominated two times for Best Television Supporting Female Actress (2007 and 2008) as well as Outstanding Dramatic Television Show Dramatic Supporting Female Actor in 2009. She was awarded the Impact Award within the same category in 2008.
